However, a few years later after giving birth to her fourth child, I received a Christmas card and there I saw it....Robin was sporting the "Mommy Do". The children had won, and Robin had to give in. No worries, though...I saw Robin just a few weeks ago and it's all long and beautiful again! (Not that it wasn't beautiful short...I just love her long hair!)
Well, after making the same hair commitment, it seems I have caved after only one child! Two weeks ago I chopped about 8-10 inches off of my hair--I couldn't take it anymore...but I think I'm still kind of stylin'.
Below are some pictures of me and Rodney before getting to go out child-free. I had to work really hard trying to make the mommy do look trendy!! ;-)
...our niece, Emma, snuck into one of our pictures! She LOVES the camera!

Just because you have short doesn't mean you have a mommy-do. I've had short hair for years and everyone knows I don't have a baby. The short hair, however, is one of the ways that I keep myself from having to spend my life blow-drying my fro:) The short hair looks cute.
Love the do! You look great!
i have a mommy-do as well...i just cut mine about a month ago.. but i really like it..
You do NOT look like a mommy. I think that your hair looks great. I am in the process of regrowing my mommy do out (we will see how long that lasts).
Your hair looks cute. You look beautiful in these pictures (Rodney looks good too) and if I didn't know you have a child I would never guess you are a mommy. No evidence of that loosing part of your image to the mommyhood that was mentioned a few months ago. Have fun at the beach.
I am not one to leave comments on people's blog,, but the time has come for me to say....Please cut Clinton's hair,,,he is way overdue.
