WAAAAAAYYY back in March, Heidi Sage turned 1. I had big plans of having this beautiful play kitchen all ready for her...but of course it wasn't ready. And until a few weeks ago, it sat in the garage in pieces. It still lacks a few details that I intend to finish up....but for now it's cute, it's functional, and my kids love it. As do I.

I found it at an antique store, and loved it as soon as I saw it. I had been looking for just the perfect kitchen for HS and no one was on board for going in with me for the $800 PB kitchen set. SOOOO.... I bought this one, disassembled it, sanded it down, repainted it, and reassembled it. It was definitely a Labor of Love.

WOW! I lot of work! It is so cute and a keepsake she will pass on to her children. Love it! I think you should link to some of the DIY blogs.
