Clinton got his first bike for his 3rd birthday. He has loved it. He rides it almost every day. He'll ride it around the cul de sac with his buddies, or around the neighborhood with his Daddy. Much to Clinton's despair, we kept the training wheels on as long as possible because his buddies are older and taught him to jump curbs and ramps. Awesome.
However, Clinton reached a big milestone just before Halloween. He learned to ride his bike without training wheels! He picked it up in about 30 seconds and has been flying up and down the cul de sac ever since.
He even inspired Heidi Sage to try riding her "bike"...but that didn't last long.
Why Clinton decided to learn in his cowboy boots is beyond me. I wasn't involved in that particular decision...obviously.
